Refund & Returns Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.

1) Digital-Only Products and Services

All offerings sold by Alesha Designs are provided digitally as digital downloads and/or digital services. No physical goods are shipped. Because nothing physical is delivered, traditional physical returns do not apply.

2) Digital Download Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once a file has been delivered, made available for download, or accessed.

However, if you experience a legitimate file or access issue, we will review the matter and may provide an appropriate remedy in our discretion, including:

  • Re-sending the download link
  • Providing a replacement file
  • Correcting a file delivered in error
  • Issuing a refund where required by law or where we determine a refund is appropriate

3) Digital Services Purchased Through the Store

If you purchase a digital service through the store, including an audit, review, assessment, fix plan, consultation-based deliverable, or other electronically delivered service, your purchase covers digital work product and professional time.

Because service work may begin shortly after purchase, service purchases are generally non-refundable once work has started, including when any of the following has occurred:

  • The order has been reviewed, accepted, or scheduled
  • Intake has begun
  • Client files, materials, or instructions have been received
  • Research, review, drafting, design, preparation, or analysis has started
  • Any portion of the deliverable has been created, prepared, or issued

If you request cancellation before work has started, we may review the request and, in our discretion, offer a full refund, partial refund, or store credit.

4) What Does Not Qualify for a Refund

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Accidental purchases where the product or service has already been delivered, accessed, scheduled, or started
  • Failure to read the product description, scope, requirements, turnaround, or delivery details before purchase
  • Subjective dissatisfaction where the delivered product or service materially matches the listing description
  • Delays caused by the customer not providing required files, approvals, responses, or accurate contact information
  • Failure to use, download, open, implement, or act on a delivered file, report, or service output
  • Software compatibility issues where system requirements or usage details were disclosed on the product page

5) Access, Delivery, or File Problems

If you did not receive your file, your download link is not working, or a delivered file is corrupted or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of purchase or delivery at hello@aleshadesigns.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A screenshot, if helpful

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate delivery or file problems promptly.

6) EU / UK Digital Content Notice

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may have statutory rights relating to cancellation, digital content, or remedies for defective digital products or services under applicable law.

If you have a question about those rights, please contact us at hello@aleshadesigns.com, and we will review the matter in accordance with applicable law.

7) Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have a concern about your order, please contact us first so we have an opportunity to resolve it. Initiating a chargeback after receiving digital products or after service work has begun may delay resolution while we provide delivery, access, and order records to the relevant payment processor.

8) Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where the law requires a refund, cancellation right, or other remedy, this policy will be interpreted accordingly.
