Alesha Designs sells digital downloads and digitally delivered professional services. No physical goods are shipped. Any references on the site to delivery, fulfillment, or turnaround refer to electronic delivery, access, or completion of digital work unless expressly stated otherwise.
4) Product and Service Descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to describe our products and services accurately. However, we do not guarantee that every description, example, preview, or other content on the site will be complete, current, or error-free at all times.

5) Orders and Acceptance

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and any files, information, approvals, or responses needed for us to complete delivery of the purchased product or service.

Services and deliverables may be provided by email and, where appropriate, secure file-sharing or download links. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address and any delivery method reasonably required for fulfillment of your order.
9) Refunds and Cancellations
Your purchase is also governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.
Because we sell digital goods and digitally delivered services, refunds are limited. Digital products are generally non-refundable after access or delivery. Digital services are generally non-refundable once work has started, intake has begun, files have been submitted, or any portion of the service has been performed.

All content on this site, including text, graphics, branding, layouts, product files, reports, deliverables, designs, and related materials created by us, is owned by or licensed to Alesha Designs unless otherwise stated and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11) License for Digital Products

- Redistribute, share, sublicense, or give away the file or content
- Claim the work as your own creation

12) Client Materials and Permissions
If you submit files, text, logos, images, brand assets, or other materials to us in connection with a service, you represent that you have the legal right to use that material and to provide it to us for the requested work.
You retain ownership of your own pre-existing materials. You grant us a limited license to use submitted materials only as reasonably necessary to perform the purchased service, communicate with you about the order, and maintain normal business records.
13) No Guarantee of Outcome
We do not guarantee any specific legal, financial, business, marketing, technical, artistic, compliance, or performance outcome from the use of our site, products, services, recommendations, or deliverables.
