This Shipping & Delivery Policy is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.
1) Digital Delivery Only
All offerings sold by Alesha Designs are delivered digitally as digital downloads and/or digital services. No physical items are shipped, and no physical goods will be delivered.
2) How You Will Receive Your Order
A) Instant Digital Downloads
After successful payment, your files are typically delivered by one or more of the following methods, depending on the product and Shopify delivery settings:
- On-screen download access immediately after checkout
- Email confirmation containing a download link, where applicable
B) Digital Services
If you purchase a service listed through the store, deliverables are provided electronically, such as reports, audit findings, recommendations, fix plans, design-related assets, or other digital work product. The applicable turnaround time will be stated on the product page unless a different timeline is agreed to in writing.
3) Delivery Method
Digital files, reports, links, and access instructions may be delivered via:
- Email sent to the address provided at checkout
- Secure download or file-sharing links, where applicable
4) Shipping Charges
Because all products and services are delivered digitally, there are no shipping or delivery fees.
5) Delivery Timeframes
- Instant digital products: Usually available immediately after successful checkout
- Custom or prepared digital services: Delivered within the timeframe stated on the product page or as otherwise agreed in writing
Note: Delivery may occasionally be delayed by factors outside our control, including email filtering, temporary platform outages, or inaccurate contact information entered at checkout.
6) Access Issues
If you do not receive your download link or cannot access your files:
- Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder
- Confirm the email address used at checkout
- Contact us at hello@aleshadesigns.com with your order number so we can assist
7) Accuracy of Checkout Information
You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and any other information reasonably required to deliver the purchased product or service. If required details are incorrect or incomplete, delivery may be delayed until corrected.
8) Taxes
Digital products and services may be subject to taxes based on your location. Where required, VAT, GST, sales tax, or similar taxes on digital goods or services may be calculated and collected at checkout.
9) International Customers
Digital products and services are available worldwide. Because nothing is physically shipped:
- No customs duties or import fees apply
- Local digital taxes may apply and may be collected at checkout where required
